Yes! Once you set up your WS360 system and sign up for 24/7 professional monitoring, you will be eligible to receive a policy discount through USAA’s Connected Home Program.2 To be eligible to receive a policy discount, please visit http://usaa.com/connectedhome to complete enrollment and agree to share data with USAA.

What happens to my WS360 system if I leave USAA?

Nothing! Your WS360 system will still work as long as you continue to pay the professional monitoring service.

How long does set-up take?

Setting up your WS360 system should take less than 30 minutes! Please read the included Installation Guide before you begin for ease of install.

Can I purchase additional sensors for my WS360 system?
