You consent that your name, address, mobile phone number and email address which Nodak Insurance is providing to Roost for purposes of sending you a Smart Water Leak and Freeze Detector, are covered under the terms of both Roost’s Privacy Policy and Nodak’s Privacy Policy; you agree that by receiving this device, you consent to Roost sharing data associated with these devices with Nodak Insurance.
